International Summer Institute for Business Management (ISIBM)
ISIBM A: July 3 – 24, 2025
ISIBM B: August 4 – August 22, 2025
Develop a fundamental understanding of business skills and tools to succeed in today’s global marketplace.
- Students from any faculty can add international business skills to their educational resume.
- Increased understanding of the fundamentals of Business Communication, International Business, Entrepreneurship and Service Management.
- Improved business communication and presentation skills, intercultural awareness and preparation for further studies abroad.
- Program combines high-level academic content with social, cultural and tourist activities.
- Meet students from around the world including native speakers of English.
- Stay on-campus in student townhouses/condos- each student has their own private bedroom and then shares a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
- Program fees include on-campus housing, activity program, tuition, materials and meal card.

Summer Graduate Business Studies
(SGBS)
June 16 – July 23, 2025
A short-term summer program specifically targeted for masters students world-wide.
- Open to any graduate level student currently attending university/college in their respective country looking to take the next step.
- Study Global Strategy, Cross-Cultural Management and Social Entrepreneurship in beautiful Victoria BC, Canada. Four weeks of innovative graduate level business studies taught by the University of Victoria’s award-winning faculty.
- Join graduate level students in classes to prepare you for business success while having an opportunity to build relationships and contacts with other future leaders from around the world.
- Take part in field trips relating to module content and meet local business owners.
- Students can register for each module individually- each module is 1.5 – 2 weeks.
- Join fun activities such as whale watching, wine tasting and visits to top tourist and cultural sites.
- Stay on-campus in student townhouses/condos- each student has their own private bedroom and then shares a living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom.
