Project team formation, management plans, creating network diagrams, and stakeholder requirements.

Introduction to Agile and Scrum
Understand key elements of Agile and Scrum and how to apply them to any project.
2 Days (In-person)
Leadership, Communication & Stakeholder Management
Building a communication plan, team development, and communication strategies to impact stakeholders.
2 Days (Online)
Assessing & Managing Project Risk
Project risk management framework, quantitative and team facilitation techniques, and decision trees.
1 Day (Online)
Project Quality Management
Front-end planning to reduce cost, quality problem solving, overcoming obstacles, and achieving quality results.
2 Days (In-person)
Effective Project Cost Management
Micro vs. macro cost estimating, resource planning, earned value concepts, and status reporting.

Procurement & Contracting Management
Procurement and solicitation planning, negotiation principles, and contract close-out and contract law.

Integration, Final Exam & Simulation
Review all program areas to-date, key concepts and testing areas for the final exam
Participants apply their learning to propose, plan, execute and deliver a full-scale realistic project in teams.
WHO ATTENDS
- Project Managers from any industry, with at least one year experience, who wish to move up to a higher level in their field. A university degree is not required, but you do need a willingness to learn new concepts and work in groups with others.
- Mid- and senior-level managers who have completed an introductory project management program in recent years, and must now lead more complex projects.
- Anyone who does NOT have their PMP® designation from PMI and who wishes to consolidate and certify their project management training for career success.
- Anyone with their PMP® in need of PDUs or wishing to brush up on the most current PM training.
Program Fee: $9,450
(+ GST)
- Includes nine-module-program tuition and all teaching materials. Note that our programs are management development courses and do not qualify for personal tax exemption from CRA.
- Provides over 100 hours of in-depth PM education – much more than the 35 contact hours required to write the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam.
- Attendees of this program who are PMPs are entitled to 105 Professional Development Units (PDUs) from the Project Management Institute (PMI)® upon completion.
